Step-by-Step Guide to Ordering:

1. Measure Your Feet

For the best fit, accurate measurements are essential. We recommend using a soft measuring tape and following these steps:

• Foot Length: Place your heel against a wall and measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Repeat for both feet, as one foot may be slightly longer than the other.

• Foot Width: Measure the circumference of the widest part of your foot, around the ball of the foot. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight.

• Arch Height: Measure the height of the arch on both feet. To do this, press your thumb against the arch and measure the distance from the ground to the highest point of the arch.

• Heel to Toe: Measure the length of your foot from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.

2. Select Your Leather

Choose from a wide selection of premium leathers in various textures and colors. We offer options such as:

• Full-Grain Leather: Durable, high-quality leather with a natural look and feel.

• Smooth Leather: Soft, polished leather ideal for formal shoes.

• Suede: A softer, matte finish perfect for a more relaxed look.

• Exotic Leathers: Alligator, ostrich, and other specialty leathers for a luxurious, unique pair.

You can also choose the color and finish to match your personal style.

3. Submit Your Order

Once you've provided all your measurements, style preferences, and customizations, submit your order through our website or by contacting our team directly. You will receive a confirmation email with your unique order details.

5. Fitting & Adjustments

After we craft your shoes, you will receive a fitting guide. If adjustments are needed, our expert team will work with you to make sure the fit is perfect. We pride ourselves on ensuring that your shoes feel like they were made just for you—because they were

6. Delivery

Once your shoes are finalized, we will send you your made-to-measure leather footwear. The entire process usually takes 4-6 weeks, depending on your customization choices.

A good pair of leather shoes, require additional maintenance, the correct wearing habits can improve the durability of the shoes.

1:Use a shoehorn when wearing new leather shoes. Do not step on the heel when taking off your shoes to avoid pile-up.

2: Leather shoes should not be exposed to dampness, rain, water brushing exposure and fire roasting. If they are accidentally exposed to water, they should be wiped with a dry cloth and supported with paper as soon as possible and dried in a ventilated and dry place.

3:Avoid stepping on water or gravel at the bottom of the leather to prolong life.

4.Give the leather goods a chance to rest after 2 days wearing due to the exposure to the sweet. 

5.In order to ensure the comfort and breathability of the shoes,  KING PING uses ONLY  high-quality environmentally dye without chemical coating, therefore，we recommend you wearing dark socks to avoid discoloration.
